• "User" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that requests or receives services through the Platform.
• "Provider" refers to individuals or entities offering services through the Platform.
• "Services" refers to any service made available via Servease.
• "Account" refers to a registered user profile on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Servease, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to comply with them.
• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Eligibility

To use Servease, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Servease reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

4. Nature of the Platform

Servease operates as a technology platform that connects Customers with independent Providers. Servease:

• Does not directly provide the listed services.
• Is not a party to agreements between Customers and Providers.
• Does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of services offered.

All service engagements are solely between the Customer and the Provider.

5. User Accounts

Users and Providers must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account.
• Notify Servease immediately of unauthorized access.

Servease may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

6. Provider Obligations

Providers agree to:

• Deliver services professionally and lawfully.
• Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
• Interact respectfully with Customers.

Servease may remove Providers or listings that violate platform standards.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding requested services.
• Treat Providers respectfully and lawfully.
• Make payments as agreed.
• Avoid misuse of the Platform.

8. Payments and Fees

Servease may facilitate payments between Customers and Providers. By using the Platform:

• You agree to pay all applicable charges and fees.
• Providers authorize Servease to deduct applicable platform fees.
• All payments are subject to platform policies.

Servease reserves the right to modify pricing, commissions, or fee structures with notice.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on:

• Provider terms
• Service type
• Timing of cancellation

Servease may mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users and Providers must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to disrupt Platform functionality.
• Circumvent platform payment systems.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or fraud.

Violations may result in account termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Servease. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials.
• Use Servease branding without permission.

12. Disclaimers

Servease provides the Platform "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Service quality from Providers

Servease is not responsible for Provider performance or Customer conduct.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servease shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Disputes between Customers and Providers
• Service failures by Providers

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Servease harmless from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Disputes with other users

15. Termination

Servease may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law

Users may discontinue use at any time.

16. Privacy

Use of Servease is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

18. Amendments

Servease may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
