Account Deletion Request

Users of the ServEase app can use this page to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

ServEase account deletion: If you want your ServEase account deleted, please submit a deletion request using the button below or email privacy@serveaseapp.com. This request page is for the ServEase app by SKYGRID TECH, as shown on the app store listing.

Steps to request account deletion

Send your request

Email privacy@serveaseapp.com using the subject line ServeEase Account Deletion Request.

Include your account details

Tell us the full name, email address, phone number, and whether the account is a customer or provider account.

Complete verification

If needed, we may ask for additional information to confirm that the request is coming from the account owner.

We process the request

After verification, we process deletion or anonymization of your personal data and send you a confirmation.

What data we delete

When your deletion request is approved, we delete or permanently anonymize the following personal data:

  • Account profile data: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo.
  • Account settings and preferences: saved profile preferences, notification preferences, and device tokens used for push notifications.
  • Saved app content: saved addresses, non-essential profile settings, and app preferences linked to your account.
  • Uploaded content not needed for compliance: profile images and other user-uploaded content that is not required for legal, fraud, payment, or dispute purposes.

What data may be retained

Some information may need to be retained after your account is deleted so ServEase and SKYGRID TECH can comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or maintain financial records.

Additional notes

  • Open errands or unresolved disputes: If your account is involved in an active errand, unresolved complaint, chargeback, or investigation, deletion may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
  • Real-time location data: ServEase uses the location data during active errands and does not store it indefinitely. Location tracking stops when your account is deleted.
  • Anonymized records: In some cases, we may retain anonymized or aggregated records that can no longer be used to identify you personally.
